Ellen D. Holm’s experience spans 10 years with business, government, and non-profit organizations. Past clients include those in the environmental, energy, social service, youth, retail, and service sectors.

Ellen holds a BA degree from Bates College, a MA in Geography degree from Syracuse University, and a MPA degree, from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
